Tiffany Clark boasts over 25 years of hands-on experience in Sales & Marketing and Operations within the real estate industry. For the past decade, she has served as a consultant, offering her expertise to development projects across various states, including Oregon, Washington, Texas, and Panama. Her consultancy work spans diverse aspects such as development design, product analysis, amenity definition, HOA formation, sales entity organization, branding, and sustainable operation design.

One of her notable roles was as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Pronghorn, a prestigious mixed-use resort community in Bend, Oregon. During her tenure, she devised and implemented an integrated marketing strategy encompassing interactive, video/film, PR, events, advertising, and referral partnerships. This comprehensive approach not only optimized expenditure but also bolstered Pronghorn's brand visibility and value proposition significantly. Additionally, she spearheaded the development of operational and experiential programs aimed at fostering year-round occupancy across all target demographics.

Prior to her role at Pronghorn, Tiffany contributed her expertise as a Senior Associate at HVS International, a leading hospitality consulting firm. There, she specialized in advising clients on the optimal utilization of their developments, aligning business visions with sales and operational lifecycles. Her multifaceted background and track record of success make her a valuable asset in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
